Hi! We’re Braden and Raya — a husband and wife personal training team based in Melville, Saskatchewan, offering both in-person sessions and online coaching to clients of all fitness levels.

Between the two of us, we bring a combined passion for fitness, strength, and sustainable progress — along with real-world experience that helps us meet you where you are.

We may have different backgrounds, but we share the same belief:

  • 21 years of personal fitness experience; recently turned that passion into coaching

  • Personal story: Lost 60 lbs through consistent training and nutrition — and now helps others build a strong foundation the right way

  • Personal story: Moved from the Philippines to Canada, stayed fit through pregnancy, and now supports other women on their own journeys

We love working with people at all stages — from beginners to long-time lifters — and we build personalized plans that work with your life, not against it. Whether your goal is to lose weight, regain strength after having a baby, recover from injury, or simply feel better in your body — we’re here to guide and support you.

Meet Raya Stewart – Certified Personal Trainer | Women’s Fitness & Post-Natal Specialist

Hi, I’m Raya! I’m a certified personal trainer with over 12 years of experience helping people of all fitness levels become stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.

My journey in fitness began with Tae Kwon Do, powerlifting, and Strongman training — but it wasn’t until I moved from the Philippines to Canada, got married, and became a mom that I truly discovered what it meant to stay strong through life’s changes. Learning how to stay fit during and after pregnancy has shaped my passion for helping women, especially new moms, find their strength again.

I specialize in weight loss and post-natal fitness, but I work with clients at every stage of their fitness journey — whether you're just getting started, picking things back up after a break, or looking to break through plateaus.

My approach is simple: It’s never too late to move. I believe every person has the unique ability to become a better version of themselves — and sometimes, all it takes is a little guidance, support, and the right plan.

I offer both online coaching and in-person sessions in Melville, Saskatchewan, and I’d be honored to be part of your fitness journey.

When I’m not training clients, I love journaling, making fitness videos on YouTube, and most of all — spending time with my amazing family. I’m a proud wife, a devoted mom, and someone who genuinely believes in lifting others up — in and out of the gym.

Meet Braden Stewart – Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist

Hi, I’m Braden — a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist based in Melville, Saskatchewan. I’ve been passionate about fitness for over 20 years, and after transforming my own life through consistent training and nutrition, I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same.

My personal journey started at 320 pounds. Through slow, sustainable changes and a commitment to form-first training, I dropped over 60 pounds — not through quick fixes, but by building lasting habits. I believe in starting where you are, going at your own pace, and focusing on doing things right, not fast.

I specialize in Corrective Exercise, working with clients of all ages and fitness levels to improve movement, reduce pain, and build a strong foundation. Whether you're new to fitness, coming back from an injury, or looking to optimize your home gym setup, I’ll help you train smart, stay safe, and get stronger — one rep at a time.

I offer both in-person sessions in Melville and surrounding areas, and online coaching for clients who prefer to train remotely.

When I’m not coaching or lifting, I’m probably building custom PCs or researching new gear setups for home gyms. If you’re ready to move better, feel better, and train with purpose, I’d love to connect.
